SLIDES SHARING SETTINGS

While the add-on will not share the collected signatures outside your copy of the slideshow template, anyone who has view or edit access will be able to see them (just like any other slideshow). Be sure to properly manage the sharing settings to prevent unauthorized access.

The Signature Collector add-on is designed to respect the privacy of the owner of the slideshow as well as anyone who submits a signature. All data is solely transmitted between the user's browser and the Google Slideshow the form is attached to. No data is sent to me or any third parties.

Below is a breakdown of the permissions the signature collector requests and the rationale for each.

Permission	Reason
See, edit, create, and delete all your Google Slides presentations	Allows signatures to be added to your Google Slides. Google only grants edit access when it is bundled with view, create, and delete. However, the add-on will never create or delete presentations and will only edit the template it is attached to.
Display and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars inside Google applications	Allows the add-on to display the settings sidebar and submitted signatures pop up in your slideshow.
